Tardiness Policy:

I request that you arrive early for your appointment. Preferably 15 minutes before our session start time. Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled massage time and will be charged the full amount of their original scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy:

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice I will collect the full session fee at your next appointment.

Sickness Policy:

Austin Relax realizes that both Massage Therapist and client are susceptible to illness and asks client to reschedule their appointment when feeling sick. If the client has any of the following contagious illness the massage will be rescheduled: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold. Also other illness will be evaluated at the therapist’s discretion.
